Decorative Antiques maintains an everyday savings pricing policy; we constantly view other art deco retailers and maintain competitive pricing. Decorative Antiques accepts the following credit cards for online purchases: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Switch, Laser and Electron. Please note that prices are subject to change at any time.

We think that we already offer the best prices around but in the unlikely event that you find someone cheaper than us let us know and we will match it. This way you know you are always getting a great deal with Decorative Antiques.
So whether you find the better deal online or at your local shop let us know and we will match it as long as:
It is in stock.
It is not on offer.
The item is new and not damaged!
It is identical to our product.
The product/s delivery charges are the equivalent of ours.

Delivery
All items displayed on this site which are in stock are normally dispatched the same day that your order is placed, Monday - Friday, on all orders received before 4pm that day.
Delivery Costs
We charge a single base fee for each delivery calculated on the largest item in your order, plus an additional small fee for each additional item in your order. The total delivery cost is shown in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order. The total delivery cost is calculated the following way:
(The Relevant Basic Delivery Charge) + (Number of Additional Items x Relevant Per-Item Delivery Cost) = Total Delivery Cost

Cancellations
If you realise that you have ordered in error please call us on 07812160512 as soon as possible. Because we aim to ship within 24 hours it is important to call at the earliest opportunity.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Decorative Antiques within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, our Returns Center will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a printable return shipping label.

Exchanges
You may return items sold and fulfilled by Decorative Antiques within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Security and Privacy
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Full and partial refunds are performed via HSBC and card numbers are not visible to any of our staff.
We want to assure you that your personal information will never leave the confines of the Decorative Antiques offices. All information that you give is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We store your name, address, telephone number and email address but will not pass those details onto any third parties (unless directed by a legal authority).
